#India’s #KharifCrops Sowing as on 11th and 24th July 2014, #IndiaAgriculture . .
Sowing area has crossed 533.18 Lakh Hectare as on 24th July 2014 #Rice has been sown/transplanted in 165.71 lakh ha, pulses in 44.47 lakh ha, #CoarseCereals in 84.45 lakh ha, and #Oilseeds in 107.88 lakh. .
The planting of #Sugarcane and #Cotton is also in progress. Sugarcane has been planted in 46.42 lakh ha and cotton in 76.15 lakh ha as on today. .
